You are entitled to outstanding service and results, specifically a fully developed funnel and offer within 15 business days (excluding public holidays) from the initial strategy call with our Head of Offers and Funnels.

The countdown of 15 business days begins the day after the initial strategy call with our Head of Offers and Funnels, provided all necessary information has been received.

The 15 business day timeline does not start if there is missing information.

Clients are responsible for providing complete details as requested in the initial information form.

Should revisions be requested by the client, these days are not counted within the 15 business day period. The timeline pauses until revisions are completed and approved.

In the event that 8-Figure Consulting does not complete your funnel and offer within the specified 15 business days, under the conditions mentioned above, we will REFUND YOU IN FULL. 

This serves as our refund mechanism - if we do not fulfill our commitment under the agreed terms, you do not pay.

If the project does not meet the delivery criteria within the agreed timeframe, clients are required to email support@philip-johansen.com within 2 business days.

Upon receiving notification, we will assess the project timeline and conditions to confirm the eligibility for non-payment.

Requests for additional features or services outside the original scope agreed upon after the initial strategy call are not covered under the 15 business days promise and may incur additional costs.

Revisions requested by the client will halt the 15 business day countdown until such revisions are completed and approved.

IF THE CALL WITH THE HEAD OF OFFER CREATION HAS TAKEN PLACE AND THE PROJECT BEGINS, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND ISSUED

Our role is to provide a service aimed at enhancing your marketing and sales strategies.

As stipulated by law, we can not and do not make any guarantees about your ability to get results or earn any money with any of our products or services, or the products and services we recommend. The average person who buys any “how-to” information gets little to no results.

The results can vary significantly depending on numerous factors such as market conditions, customer behavior, and your product or service's market fit. 

As such, clients acknowledge that they are not purchasing a promise of income but rather a professional service to develop their marketing funnels and offers.

When recruiting a closer, you must have a validated lead flow and sales process meaning you are currently generating at least 5 new unique sales calls per day and either you or a closer on your team is closing above 20%. 

When recruiting a setter, you must have validated curated opportunity streams which generate at least 600 new unique leads per month that a setter can tap into and either you or a setter currently on your are booking at least 2 calls per day. This can be either a Facebook group, VSL optin funnel, low ticket purchases, etc. Cold messaging on social media platforms or cold calling leads from more than 4 months ago do not fall under a validated curated opportunity stream. 

If these conditions above are met and you have gone through 4 different setters or 4 different closers and they all didn’t work out and you’ve done your part meaning getting the lead flow as required above as well as daily meetings with your sales team and end of day reports then you will be eligible for a full refund.
